Joining Tau Beta Sigma helps you become more involved with our band program by being a part of the behind-the-scenes aspect of game day, concerts, and festivals.
Tau Beta Sigma helps you develop your leadership skills with numerous opportunities to serve the band and assist in event planning, while makeing friends outside of your section in the band.
Joining Tau Beta Sigma is a lot of fun! There are tons of Tau Beta Sigma social events throughout the year, including holiday socials and formals, where you can get to know everyone on a more personal level.

How Do I Join Tau Beta Sigma?
To join Tau Beta Sigma, you should attend our information sessions and are encouraged to come to our other hang outs to get to know the brothers and sisters throughout the year! Information about these events will be posted on this page as well as on a facebook group for all potential members and through band-wide emails. Attendance at Formal Recruitment is required to receive a Tap for membership to Tau Beta Sigma. It is an honor to receive a tap.

Completion of the Membership Candidacy Program held in the spring after an invitation is offered at Formal Rush
